Message I have a Haltech standalone and want to add a fuel & oil pressure sensor. Haltechs sensors are $200 a piece which is ludicrous. A pressure sensor is just that and as long as its wired correctly to the haltech i can't see why one would be limited to their $200 sensor versus another brand that is cheaper.
On AEM's website they say that the brass sensors are less accurate versus the SS sensors. I have linked a SS sensor that I have in mind. They're $100 a piece and they say they work with other standalones. Anyone see a reason to why I couldn't use another brand versus Haltech's?

With that said its not like Haltech makes their own sensors, I know they source out, then re-label just like their boost solenoids (Mac solenoids.)

Thanks alot,

Troy
